
Scott Morency, born in Lewiston, Maine, received a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and a Masters in Taxation from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. At Bentley, Scott developed the 2+2=5: The Power of Teamwork program in 2003, and continues to expand the program nationally and internationally.
Scott has published What a CEO Can Learn From a 4th Grader in 2008 and Career Development Through Service-Learning in New Directions, ed. Gerard Stenerson, 2006. Scott has presented and delivered keynote addresses at conferences nationally on topics such as student leadership, service-learning, corporate social responsibility, education, teambuilding, and ethics.
Scott is currently working for a professional services firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is working as a financial statement auditor and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Manuel J Carneiro, currently residing with his wife Barbara in Brighton, Massachusetts, received a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy and a Masters in Taxation from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. At Bentley Manuel created UpLink, a professional development computer tutoring program for adults. He currently is expanding the 2+2=5 program with Scott nationally and internationally.
Manuel has presented at a number of conferences on Students as Colleagues. He has also co-taught a Corporate and Social Responsibility course at Bentley and developed the reflection aspect of the course.
Manuel is currently working for a professional services firm in Boston, Massachusetts, where he is working as a financial statement auditor for financial services firms and is the President of the Board of Directors for a non-profit in Waltham, MA. He also continues to do mission work with Hurricane Katrina victims in Bayou La Batre, AL.
