2+2=5 The Power of Teamwork
2+2=5 means that when we work together as a team, the whole is greater than the sum of all parts. The program began in 2003 as a teambuilding program for 4th and 5th grade children in Massachusetts. 2+2=5 is an intensive teambuilding program that focuses on the development and refinment of critical interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
Since that time, 2+2=5 has expanded to colleges, universities, elementary schools and businesses across the country.
